The Unique Theatre was opened in 1909. It seated 275 and was no longer listed in 1930. It had reopened by 1931 and was still the Unique Theatre in 1950. In 1952 it was operating as the El Rancho Theatre. By 1957 it had reverted back to it Unique Theatre name. It was demolished in 1965 for a parking garage.
