The Bonn Theatre was opened by 1948. It had closed by December 1958 and was offered ‘For Sale’. It could possibly have reopened? Rats are the only patron of this once beloved local movie house. Mattresses now fill what was once the lobby and the Bonn Theatre couldn’t be in worse shape.
Closed in the 1980’s, the fact that this theatre is still standing is perhaps a worse fate than if it had been mercifully razed before it became so dilapidated.
