Aloma Theater Re-opening (02/02/1930)

Located in the Grosse Pointe Park district to the east of Detroit, MI. Opened as the Grosse Pointe Park Theatre in 1923, this theatre was renamed the Aloma Theatre in 1930.

It was closed in 1955, and today the building is used as an art gallery.

The Grosse Pointe Park Theatre was designed by Ernest C. Thulin of the Detroit firm Building Service Bureau.
