The Kingman Drive-In had its 50th anniversary celebration in June 1998 so it opened in 1948. The Kingman Drive-In closed on September 30, 2001 with Gina Philips in “Jeepers Creepers” & Nicole Kidman in “The Others” when it was sold for development. The Kingman Drive-In had a very successful flea market on Sundays through the 1980’s and 1990’s.

The movies screening in the drive-in’s 50th anniversary week was “Godzilla”(at 9.30pm), “Deep impact”(at 11.45pm), and “Godzilla”(again at 2.00am).
Closed on September 30, 2001 with “Jeepers Creepers” and “The Others”. Also, I don’t know if this last operated with three screens, because advertisements look like it was just a normal single-screener.
