The Century 20 celebrated its grand opening along with the makeover of the Oakridge Center on October 3, 2003. The San Jose Mercury News noted that the smaller AMC six-screen theater had been closed for about three years.
Since 2006 the Century 20 has been a Cinemark Theatre.

Amazing staff at this Massive 20 Auditorium Theater location: Century 20 Cinemark Oakridge Mall San Jose CA. In the very rare circumstance you need additional help or assistance, call in to ask for Clif or go in person and ask for Clif. Per Yelp reviews, he’ll do his 100% to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
This is located at the 2nd level in thecenter of Westfield Oakridge. Similar design to Walnut Creek location mot sprawling like The Great Mall 20 (similar to Regal Hacienda 21).

Technically this theatre is nearly identical to Great Mall 20, but on the second floor of a mall. It’s a lobby with ten screens on one side and ten on the other. Walnut Creek is more like two 7-plexes stacked on top of each other.
Auditorium #12 is a ScreenX auditorium as of November 2022.
