Splendid Theatre

Located in the Pointe Saint-Martin district in the northeast centre of Paris. The Casino Saint-Martin was opened as a cinema in 1907. In the 1960’s it operated as an art-house cinema. It was still open in 1975, now screening adult movies, but had closed by 1985.

By August 1997 it had been converted into the Splendid Theatre, presenting live theatre performances, which continues today.
