The Auto Vue Drive-In was opened on May 10, 1951 with Alan Ladd in “Branded”. It had a capacity of 300 cars. The drive-in was last operated by Kerasotes Theatres. It closed in the early-1970’s.

A closer address (at least for Google) is 37152 U.S. 62, Malden, MO. The drive-in sat on the west side of the road. Today, a mixture of mobile homes and other items are present with no indications of the drive-in remaining. http://tinyurl.com/jsh2luu
The Auto Vue Drive-In opened its gates on May 10, 1951 with Alan Ladd in “Branded” (unknown if extras added), featuring installations of RCA speakers, RCA projection, and a projection/concession building located 265 feet away from the 44x54ft screen.
