Located in the north of the city centre. Palais de la Mutualite and the Palais des Arts were two auditoriums within the same building, each having their own entrance at 104 Boulevard Sebastopol, while the Palais de la Mutualite also had a separate entrance at 325 Rue Saint-Martin. They were opened on 13th February 1914 and designed for concerts, and meetings, but both were screening films by 1916. They had a combined seating capacity for 1,500.
In 1937 the Palais de la Mutualite was re-named Picardy, while the Palais des Arts continued under its original name. Both were still open as cinemas in 1975, but had closed by 1985.
The entrance on Boulevard Sebastopol is now a clothing store.
