The Highway 2 & 65 Drive-In was open in 1965. Car capacity was 300 cars. At the time the drive-in opened Highway 2 was also known as Highway 65. The Highway 2 & 65 Drive-In was still open in the late-1970’s, operated by Central States Theatres. It had been demolished by 1994.

If the drive-in existed at that spot, it would probably be on the SE corner where the truck weigh station is located.
However, I did find this curious looking field on private property located on HWY 2 between 60th and 70th Streets. https://goo.gl/maps/fjL56
I’m not saying this is the drive-in, but it is a rather interesting formation of rows that mimics the appearance of one.
There is another on Hwy 2 before you get to 60th that also resembles the outline of a drive-in. The Motion Pictuer Yearbook listed the driv-in’s location as Hwy 2 & 65 which makes sense with the name of the drive-in being the 2 & 65

Finally found it. Topographical map from 1967 shows the location of the drive-in at intersection of Highway 65 and Liberty Road on the SW corner. Nothing left but the entrance and a very faint outline of the ramps. https://goo.gl/maps/rBRXA
In historic photos, Liberty Road appears to be the old HWY 2. So the name of the drive-in makes sense.

A more accurate address (for Google) is 2000 40th, Humeston, IA. The drive-in sat on the SW corner and today there is noting left save for faint traces of the screen foundation on the SE side of the lot. http://tinyurl.com/h65vfu5
Pardon me, the screen sat on the SW corner of the lot, not the SE. The entrance is still there on Liberty Road, but nothing else remains.
The field in which the drive-in sat has been plowed. It appears they removed the foundation blocks for the screen as well. No trace remains of the drive-in.
Looking back, a 1983 aerial shows the drive-in fully intact and well-maintained. That doesn’t mean it was open, but it was being cared for. By 1994, it had been demolished.
