This theater was open by 1914, when it was listed in the AMPD. It was located in an old two story brick commercial building which dated to before 1886. The 1907 map shows the post office here.

Despite the fact that this would have been a fairly small theater, it stayed open until sometime in the 1920’s. It appears to have closed by 1926.

At some point, it appears that a new facade was applied, which was then subject to some really awful remodels. This was the local history museum for some time, and is now a tea/coffee shop. Leon’s downtown is very shabby and seedy, and by 2021, both neighboring buildings had been demolished, leaving this alone on the block.
