Port Arthur Central Mall 10

Martin Theatres opened the Central Mall theatres with 4 screens opening on July 29th, 1983, and closed by Carmike Cinemas for rebuilding in 1998. It reopened by Dickinson Theatres on April 14th, 2000 with 10 screens including a Cybersphere sound system in each cinema. The Port Arthur news of April 12th, 1998 reports that admittance for those under 17 must be accompanied by parents. Grand opening ads and article posted.
