Located in the Greer Plaza Shopping Center on U.S. Highway 29. The Jerry Lewis Cinema was opened on June 16, 1972 with Raquel Welch in “Hannie Caulder”. It was part of the Jerry Lewis Cinemas that were franchised by National Franchise Corporation. The market was targeted at city populations of approximately 10,000 without indoor theatres with rapid growth potential. It was closed in 1977.

June 16th, 1972 grand opening ad in photo section. Listings stopped in 1977.
