Located in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. The New Picture House was opened on 21st October 1912. It had a 39 feet wide proscenium, the stage was 15 feet deep and there were three dressing rooms. It was re-named Futurist Cinema in 1928. On 16th September 1929 it was equipped with a Western Electric(WE) sound system. Occasional variety shows were staged as part of the film programme in the 1930’s.
The Futurist Cinema was closed on 23rd June 1962. It was then demolished.
