Located in Ulverston, Cumbria (birthplace of comedian & film star Stan Laurel). The Palladium Cinema was opened in 1920. It had a 30 feet wide proscenium and around 1929 it was equipped with a British Talking Pictures(BTP) sound system. In 1945 this was changed to a British Acoustic(BA) sound system.
The Palladium Cinema was closed in October 1957. The building was demolished around 1965.
