The Suburban Theatre was in what was known at the time as the Suburban Plaza at the corner of Bemiss Road. It opened prior to 1947. From 1958 to 1960 it was known as the Roxy Theatre. It may have closed for a while. By 1966 it had been renamed Beverly Theatre. By 1966 the Suburban Plaza had been renamed Castle Park Shopping Center.
In 1978 the theatre was renamed Park Twin Theatre. It was closed in 1988 and is now in use as a church.
