Located in Wymondham, Norfolk. The Public Hall began screening films in 1917. Around 1930 it was equipped with a Morrison sound system and was re-named Picture Theatre. The proscenium was 17 feet wide, the stage 12 feet deep and there were 2 dressing rooms. Occasional variety performed on stage as part of the programme. Due to the opening of the new Regal Cinema in March 1937, the Picture Theatre was refurbished in February 1937.
The Picture Theatre was closed in late-1940.
