Ce cinéma a ouvert le 16 Décembre 1994 par Cineplex Odeon dans l'ancien magasin Miracle Mart. Il montre un mélange des films français et en anglais. La Gazette du 13 Novembre Montréal, 1997 montre que Cinémas Guzzo possède un tiers de ce cinéma à l'époque. On ignore si Guzzo détient toujours sa part de ce cinéma.
This cinema opened on December 16th, 1994 by Cineplex Odeon in the old Miracle Mart store. It shows a mixture French and English movies. The Montreal Gazette of November 13th, 1997 shows that Cinemas Guzzo owns a third of this cinema at the time. It is unknown if Guzzo still holds its share of this cinema. It was closed on November 26, 2020. It was converted into a gymnasium which had closed by 2022.

Le Cineplex Odeon Place LaSalle et le Cineplex Quartier Cavendish ont fermé définitivement leurs portes le mois dernier. Ces fermetures étaient planifiées avant la pandémie, selon la direction. Le syndicat représentant les employés en doute.
The cinema’s opening films include The Pagemaster, Pulp Fiction (Fiction Pulpeuse), Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein, Dumb & Dumber (La Cloche et L'idiot), Mixed Nuts, La Princesse des Cygnes, Miracle de la 34e Rue, Junior VF, Harcèlement, Le Professionnel, and Le Spécialiste.
Later became the XC10 Gym, which closed shortly after.
