The Ulman Theatre opened March 2, 1942 with “Cadet Girl”. It replaced the Ulman Opera House which had opened in 1888 as a live theatre, but burned down as a movie theatre in 1941. Spoiler alert…. the Ulman Opera House and the Ulman Theatre have similar endings.
