Located in Ferryhill, County Durham. The Pavilion Cinema was opened in 1927 and was operated by Thompson’s Enterprises Ltd. In 1929 it was equipped with a Western Electric(WE) sound system. Occasional variety shows were held in the 1930’s.
The Pavilion Cinema was closed in the mid to late-1960’s and was converted into a bingo club.
