The Perry Heritage Building dates from 1902, and was used as a feed and tack store, then a hardware store. It was converted into the Ritz Theatre which opened February 20, 1935. The Ritz Theatre was closed December 8, 1951.
It became a Jack ‘n’ Jill Shop, and they removed the marquee, projection booth and interior of the theatre. The building was in use by Wholesale Connection in the mid-2010’s.
