Cameo Gardens

Cameo Gardens opened in about 1938. Cameo Gardens closed and demolished in 1960 and became a supermarket(Charlie Carters). The site is now a Supa IGA supermarket and Michael’s and Baker’s Delight bakery, and a bank(Bankwest), and Mooba Espresso Bar and Cafe.

Cameo Gardens was damaged by vandals on 10th October 1947. Unknown if anyone was ever arrested and charged with the vandalism of the Cameo Gardens(article about it in the photo gallery)?
