Naylor’s Theatre was built in 1901 by Thomas Naylor. The theatre was designed by architect Thomas Hanley. Naylor’s Theatre closed in the 1920’s but reopened as a movie theatre in the 1940’s and was renamed Deseronto Bayview Theatre. The Deseronto Bayview Theatre closed in around 1961.
The building still exists and the words “Naylor’s Theatre, moving pictures & vaudeville” are still visible on the side of the building.
