CEO Francisco Schlotterbeck says the theatre is not a luxury theatre it is a sophisticated theatre.

Not to mention live theater productions and live music events too…it will have a restaurant and lounge bar added to the cinema. The cinema will have a mixture of first-run features, independent films, and other productions not to mention showing classic films.

From their website and my understanding this theatre is going to have a restaurant and bar when it is totally finished.
