The theater is located in the Nederland Community Center, which occupies a former school building. The theater made the digital conversion in 2014.
First run movies are typically shown on Friday and Saturday nights. Concerts, live theatres, documentaries, foreign films, classic films, special events and a plethora of other functions also take place in the theater.
