This drive-in opened on June 24th, 1949 with Peggy Cummins in “Green Grass of Wyoming” & Joe E. Brown in “The Tender Years”. It was operated by Gordon Jarvis & Affiliated Theatres in 1955. It switched to an adult policy in 1974 and placed advertisements as far away as Montreal, QC. Quebec always and still have a ban on movies 18+ at drive-ins. It was still open in 1987.
