iPic Fort Lee Hudson Lights opened August 5, 2016 with the first week of ticket sales benefiting various charitable organizations.
Founded 10 years ago, this is Hamid Hashemi’s 14th iPic dine-in cinema in the country and the first in New Jersey, with six others under construction.
Hodges Architecture designed the theater with eight screens, 528 seats and an on-site restaurant.

One thing I noticed. there’s no mention nor any poster of movies playing throughout the theater. If you enter the complex the restaurant is on the left . The escalator is in the middle and the box office on the right. If you eat/drink at the restaurant , you can bring your drinks up to the theaters.
Can someone tell me , if IPic has any interest in Westchester cty. that the former Sundance cinemas had before they being brought out by Carmike
There is an 8 screen iPic under construction in Rivertown Development in Dobbs Ferry off the Saw Mill Parkway in Westchester County.
8 screens with fewer than 40 seats each..that’s kinda small!!!
I find these “ boutique theaters” more intimate comfortable than bigger theater chains
