Other Holton Theatre holdings were the Green Tree Theatre, People’s Theatre, Pearce Theatre, Strand Theatre, Olympic Theatre and Picto Theatre.

On July 1, 1925, it was reported that effective August 1 the Victor Theatre would be taken over by the Jefferson Amusement Co. of Beaumont. It was noted Jefferson Amusement was a subsidiary of the Saenger Corporation of New Orleans.

The Victor Theatre was the first African American movie theater in Port Arthur. That lasted until taken over by Holton Theatres in 1917. A policy changed turned it over to White audiences at that time.
