The Cavalier Drive-In was opened on June 25, 1953 with Frances Langford in “The Purple Heart Diary & "Maureen O'Hara in "Kangaroo”. It was operated by Roy Letsinger. Today mostly an empty field with a residence on the property. The entrance road though barely visible is still there as well as the marquee foundation off the highway.

The approximate location for this drive in is east of Tranquil Drive.

A closer address is 7230 KY-805, Jenkins, KY.

Google Maps has updated their addresses and this puts it right where the screen used to be.

Today, it is private property with a single family home and no trace of the drive-in remaining.
