It might be at the shopping plaza NW of Hall and Aloma. Did the ad mean East Expressway?.
I don’t think the map location is correct for this theater. East Ln & Hall Road is just a residential area with no commercial buildings at all. I’m not sure, but I think this theater was somewhere in Goldenrod, maybe near Hall Road and Aloma Avenue? Can’t remember as it was 40+ years ago.
