All ramps, the screen and the concession stand building are still up.
Note: When this was the Trace Drive-In, the screen was on the opposite side of the field.

A closer address (at least for Google) is 63060 Highway 25, Smithville, MS. The drive-in is intact, complete with screen and projector booth/concession stand. As noted the ramps are curved in the opposite direction because the screen was moved. http://tinyurl.com/jac8ctd

The site is still being maintained because the grass is still mowed, also if you look on Google St view you can still see the ORIGINAL screen in ruins behind the trees. So they never removed the original screen.
Same drive-in? Boxoffice, Oct. 27, 1956: “A new drive-in, the 25 Drive-In Theatre, opened for fulltime operation October 19 at Fulton, Miss., operated by W. N. Jamerson and Grover Platt.”
Boxoffice, May 25, 1970: “Storm damage to the screen has brought about the temporary closing of the Trace Drive-In at Amory, Miss.”
