Reopened as a twin on May 21st, 1982. Another ad posted.

Grand opening ad posted. SamEric had plans to build a twin cinema in front of this drive-in.

Sam Chapman was my grandfather. He died before I was born. Mom thinks that one of the old sites of his theaters was revived with a Loews multiplex owned by Magic Johnson’s company. Can’t verify that.
