Alamo Drafthouse Sloans Lake, built on the site of the former St. Anthony Hospital, opened May 15, 2017, following staff training days from May 8 to 14.
The cinema, designed by Oz Architecture, sports eight screens and 778 seats with 48 to 196 seats in each auditorium. Later reduced to 730-seats.
Beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and shakes can be served with a menu of burgers, sandwiches, pizza, nachos, hot wings, salads and more.
As with all Alamo Drafthouses the cinema caters to ages 18 or older and has a no texting, no talking, no cell phone, and a no latecomer policy.
