Cine Theatre

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Steele had opened the Campus Theatre two blocks away on December 7, 1968. The couple would then open the Cine Theatre two blocks away on October 20, 1971 with “Summer of 42”. But with the Northern Hills Cinema four-plex opening in March of 1980, both the Campus Theatre and Cine Theatre were doomed. The Campus Theatre closed March 11, 1980. The Cine Theatre closed March 22, 1980 with “The Prize Fighter”.
