The Luna Theater opened on Saturday August 17, 1912 owned by Joseph Heim at a cost of $17 000. Bought in 1924 by the Comerford Theater Co. and renovated in 1931 with the name changed to Ritz Theater. Destroyed by a fire on Monday October 7, 1935. The ruins were demolished and the Capitol Theater was built in the same place in 1936.
