The Sunset Drive-In was opened in 1951 by Rowley United Theatres Inc. It was still open in 1957.

This theater was probably short-lived. A 1965 aerial shows the theater trace but the screen was gone, meaning that the screen was removed sometime in the mid-1960s.
The 1965 aerial shows only the foundations of the concession stand/projection booth along with the screen.
Amazingly enough, the trees may have preserved the ramps as you can see their semi-circular pattern in the latest Google overhead.
