Built by Commonwealth Theaters and opening on August 22, 1975 as the M-Plaza Cinemas, located in the Montgomery Plaza Shopping Center in northeastern Albuquerque, NM. Designed by architectural firm Mel C. Glatz & Associates of Denver, it covered 16,000 square feet, had more than 1,000 seats, and a centrally located boxoffice and refreshment center to serve all three screens. Later operated by UA and closed December 15, 1998. Now retail space.

This opened on August 22nd, 1975 as the M-Plaza Cinemas. Grand opening ad in the photo section.
