ShowBiz Cinemas Edmond

ShowBiz Cinemas opened their eighth location December 18, 2018. The day before there was a ribbon cutting, which was attended by Oklahoma native Chuck Norris along with his wife Gena.

Designed by Identity Architects, the cinema offers 10 screens with automatic recliners. Their SDX (Superior Digital Experience) is a 70-foot wide, wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor screen with 4K laser projection and Dolby Atmos surround sound.

Rounding out the attractions are 14 lanes of bowling, a full bar, an arcade, party rooms, and café from which food can be brought into the cinemas.

The management team behind Showbiz Cinemas is CEO Kevin Mitchell, CFO Greg Ellis, COO Rob Warnes, and Chris Cline, VP construction and purchasing. All are theater veterans formerly with Cinemark, Movie Tavern, Main Event Entertainment, and Rave Motion Pictures.
