This cinema opened in 2015 and is located in the centre of the city. It is also known as the French Institute and most commonly shows art house films (French, Indonesian and European). It hosts many film festivals (Europe on Screen, Madani Film Festival, 100% Manusia Film Festival, Tolerance Film Festival…). There were around 2-4 screenings each week, and about 10,500 spectators each year. Ticket prices are cheap.
In 2016, curation for the Indonesian films was done by Berlinale Asia Delegate, John Badalu. It had closed by 2023.
