Theatre number four with the Dolby ATMOS Is quite impressive. They tried to retain some of the original look of the theater before it was converted over to eight screens. Very good size screen and excellent surroundsound. This is the theater that shows the most popular movies. Definitely want to pick over the other seven screens
C train You gave Kew Gardens double plug and left out Mr. Elgart’s Cobble Hill theater
The theater is a masterpiece. I’ve been in Theater 4 which has Dolby Atmosphere sound. It may be the best theater in the New York area. I’ve been in Theater 4 which has excellent sightlines. This theater deserves your business.

According to the theatre, hopefully they plan to open in April 2022.
Well well, looks like this is coming back to life under the same ownership as three NYC theatres as an eightplex. https://www.mamaroneckcinemas.com/about

Another beautiful theatre about to be demolished. I remember the interior had a lot of brick work inside, from my days when I use to clean their screens. Such a shame.
Bowtie also closed Central Plaza in Yonkers,
To be demolished for apartment units!
None of the theaters from the above Moving Picture World article are listed here. The Danville one looks particularly interesting.
The theater will close at the end of business tomorrow 4/17/14 http://westfaironline.com/62222/mamaroneck-playhouse-to-close-thursday/
