Went by “Regal Texas Station Stadium 18” during it’s last years of operation.

Yes, plans emerged back in July. The theater and casino site, alongside the Fiesta Rancho site adjacent to the Texas Station are looking to be redeveloped into a mix of commercial and residential uses, such as housing, a sports complex, a shopping center and a hotel.

Is it known what is going to be built to replace it in this site?

This opened for Act III Theatres Circuit under the name of the Texas Twelve Cinemas (not the Texas 12). KKR acquired Act III Theatres in October 1998 for a very brief run in the Kirk Kerkorian group. Then, technically, it had a brief foray as a United Artists Theatres when KKR and UATC formed. And within a matter of days, Regal, UATC, and KKR were all under the same umbrella in December of 1998. The venue closed along with all other Regal locations on March 16, 2020 for the COVID-19 pandemic. Neither the casino nor the theater would reopen. Demolition took place beginning in September of 2022.

This theater actually opened on August 18th, 1995, according to the former Vice President of Marketing for Act III, Randall Blaum, on his “Texas 12 Theatre Opening” album on Flickr, which can be seen here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/randallblaum/albums/72157612021278909

Additionally, the theater and the casino itself began demolishment on September 12th, 2022, and finished sometime near October-November 2022, alongside the Fiesta Henderson Regal.

4,353 seats, I’m assuming post 2019 reno? Not sure, seems high, but that’s the recent figure I have for this location.

To be demolished

Three underperforming Las Vegas casinos, beloved by locals, will be demolished: Texas Station, Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson.

The three casinos, owned by Station Casinos, have been closed since March 18, 2020, due to the pandemic. …

Renovated in 2019 with new seats in auditoriums, hallways, and entrance, currently closed alongside the Fiesta Henderson’s Regal as well. Hasn’t seen the light of day since the pandemic started in 2020. Unsure when it’ll reopen.
