This cinema opened in December 16, 1994 by Loews. This is the original six screens before they added 7-13 in the same shopping center. Closed by Regal in 2016 pending sale to a new operator which was CMX Cinemas. Reopened in December 2017 as the CMX Old Orchard Dine-In. It was closed on May 26, 2023.

What does CMX stand for?
CMX stands for Cinemex, but it’s their US brand.

While the CMX Market Cinemas does appear to have closed, I believe the photos are for the CMX VIP/Luxury Cinemas, which are still open.
The photos here are actually for the currently-open CMX Old Orchard Luxury, instead of the CMX Market Cinemas Old Orchard (formerly the Regal Gardens 7-13), which closed in 2023.
Note the position of the vertical part of the signage in relation to the top of the building in the photo I just uploaded from a recent visit.
