The Lee Theatre was the first of seven theatres in Littlefield, and was opened on June 14, 1924 with Wesley Barry in “George Washington Jr.”. It had closed by 1927. Constructed of tin and 2 x 4’s in the 1920’s it was referred to as Rickety Tin Lee.
