Located in the Neukolln district to the east of the city at what was originally named Knesebeckstrasse 48-49. The building was originally a ballroom which was used for film screenings. In 1919 it was named the Kinomatographen Theater Knesebeck. It was operated by Richard Felsch. Later it was re-named Knesebeck Palast. Around 1932 a sound system by Klangfilm was installed. In 1943 it was destroyed by Allied bombs during World War II.

In 1950 the street and address was re-named Silberstein 92. In 1954 a new cinema was built and opened on the site. Named Panorama I (It has its own page on Cinema Treasures).
