The 1910 Sanborn shows two theatres operating in the Thomas Block, a large 2-story brick commercial block constructed sometime before 1883.
This theatre was located in the easternmost storefront, in a space which had been a grocery in 1902. The Isis Theatre had opened by 1914. This theatre did not last as long as its competitor three doors to the west, and the 1921 map shows a drug store in this space.
While the eastern two storefronts remain on the 1946 map, they were at some point demolished and replaced by a drab little one story building.

Note that while the theater was operating, the street was called Main St. It appears to have changed names around 1920, probably with the coming of the National Pike (US 40).
The 1914-1915 American Motion Picture Directory lists three theaters in this block: The Arc at 103 National Avenue, the Colonial at 105, and the Isis at 109.
