The single-screen Clifton Park Cinema opened on October 8, 1975 to serve this developing community. Opening movies were Peter Sellers in “The Return of the Pink Panther” & Woody Allen in “Take the Money and Run”. Through the years it flipped back-and-forth between first-run and second-run policies.

The theater featured a small lobby and concession area, and a 350-seat auditorium with red draped walls.

In its final years, Cinema National operated it as a $2 house. The theater closed around 1987 and was converted first to a church, then to a concert hall, which closed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theater space is being renovated to retail space as of December, 2023.

Opened or reopened as the Clifton Park Cinema on October 8th, 1975. It may have been open as the Jerry Lewis Cinema, but no newspaper ads were published for it. 1975 grand opening ad posted.
