This theater appears on the 1909 Sanborn, in the western storefront of the Gabriel & Graham building, a large, two-story, brick tin front built in 1896. The 1898 map shows a restaurant in this space.
This was a deep and narrow space, and was likely a quick conversion to capture the market for the new fad. If it hadn’t already closed, it would have been doomed once the much larger and better equipped Palace Theatre opened. The 1918 map shows it used as a power company office.
This building is very well kept, and today houses a boutique.

Note that at least up until the ‘40s, this part of Main was called Elmwood. Main began somewhere west of the square.
