The 1955-56 Theatre Catalog listed the Eagle Drive-In, owned by Wallace B. Blankenship of Dallas, capacity 226 cars.
Boxoffice magazine reported on July 2, 1955 that J. G. Thornhill “recently opened his Eagle Drive-In” south of Seagraves. A similar note appeared in the October 1, 1955 issue of Billboard.

This one was located on US 385, southwest of the town. The closest address I can get is US-385 & Co Rd 130. The drive-in is present in a 1957 aerial photo but completely demolished 10 years later in 1967. Houses now occupy the site.
A closer address is 1627 385n, Seagraves, TX.
This puts it right on the house that sits where the old entrance road once stood. There is no trace of the drive-in today.
