This theatre appears on the January 1909 Sanborn, in a small old two story brick commercial building. The building dated to sometime before 1886, and appears on the 1901 map as a saloon.
This must have been a very small and cramped space, and with the appearance of much larger purpose-built theatres across the square, it would not have been an attractive venue. The 1914 map shows it as a dry goods store.
The building today is in good shape, and used by a financial service.

While this was operating, Park Row may still have been known by the old name of Frozen Row.
