Located in the Humber Heights-Westmount district, to the northwest of Toronto, ON. The Biltmore Theatre was operated by the Biltmore Theatres chain by 1955. They were still the operators in 1963. It was later taken over by Odeon Theatres (Canada) Ltd. and renamed Biltmore Odeon Theatre. It also operated as the Odeon Weston. It was closed on August 29, 1982 with Burt Reynolds in “Best Little Whorehouse in Texas”

It has operated as the Bethel Apostolic Church since at least 2007. In March 2020 a developer proposed redeveloping the former theatre and an adjacent building. It is still a church in 2026.
