The history was incomplete though, but I tried my best to find at least the information I can find for this theater.
This triplex opened in June 1978 by ATMC Theatres, but a confusing statement is that this theater started off without a name. For only a short period of time, the theater started off as the ATMC Cinema without notice until November of that year, when it became what appears to be the Kingston Cinema Triplex (or Kingston Cinema 3 via New York’s Daily News).
Hoyts began operating the Kingston Triplex beginning in 1987. A couple of years after its ownership change, the theater went downhole. It had complete flops and was unsuccessful in business in the 1990’s, as the theater ended its life later with demolition in the late-1990’s.

The triplex was located on 1122 Ulster Avenue in Kingston according to the original guy who took the photo. A Home Depot location now sits in the former triplex’s site. The triplex was demolished in the late 1990s, and the Home Depot was built afterward.
